And if you are astonished, then you astonish in their question: "If we become dust, would we be created afresh?" Those are the ones who have disbelieved in their Lord, and such will have shackles upon their necks, and those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide in it forever.
It is told in verse 32: 10: "The soulless disbelievers have a question in mind: 'If we are dissolved in the earth, would we be created afresh?' Nay, they are disbelieving the meeting with their Lord". It is told in verses 36: 7-8: "Lord's Word has already happened upon the Fujjar, so they will not become believers. Indeed, We have put chains on their necks and that is up to their chins so that their heads are forced up". The Kuffar who didn't testify the Guidance Adhikr, they are like the blind man who wanders without sight as explained in verses 2: 15 and 18. Verse 76: 4 says: "Indeed, We have kept prepared for the disbelievers, chains, shackles, and blazing Fire". It is told in verses 56: 41-56: "And those who receive their Recording Book on their left-hand, they will be in the fiery fire and scalding water, and a shade of black smoke, which neither is refreshing nor noble. Indeed, they were luxurious in the worldly life, and they used to persist in the great sins, and they used to say: 'When we die and become dust and bones, would we be resurrected along with our forefathers'. You say: "Indeed, the former and the later peoples are to be gathered together for the appointment of a well-known Day. Then indeed, you, oh rejectingly strayed men, surely you will be eating from trees of Zaqqum, and filling your bellies with it, then you will be drinking from the scalding water. And you will drink it as that of a thirsty camel. That is their accommodation on the Day of Judgment". It is told in verses 69: 25-37: "Then as for he who received his Recording Book on his left hand, he will say: 'Oh, I wish I had not been given my Book and had not known what is my account. I wish my death had been the decisive one. My wealth has not availed me. My authority had destroyed me'. 'Seize him and shackle him. Then drive him into Hades. Then insert him into a chain whose length is seventy cubits. Indeed, he didn’t use to believe with Allah, the Most Highest, nor did he encourage the feeding of the indigents. So, there is no intimate friend for him here nor any food except the pus of wounds. None will eat it except the sinners’". Verses 90: 19-20 say: "Those who hide and reject Our verses, they are the companions of the left. Upon them will be fire vaulted over". Verses 40: 69-74 say: "Don't you see those who dispute concerning the verses of Allah, how they are averted? Those who deny Adhikr and Our Messengers sent down with It, soon they will know when the shackles are upon their necks and the chains; they will be dragged in scalding water; then in the Fire, they will be burned. Then it will be said to them: 'Where is that which you used to associate besides Allah?' They will reply: 'They have scooted away from us; nay, we didn't use to invoke anything previously'. Just like that Allah strays the disbelievers".
Today, the true disbelievers mentioned in verses 4: 150-151 are reading these verses among mankind. The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar by rejecting Adhikr-the Three-Time-Knowledge-are not believing in Hereafter and they are forging lies upon Lord as explained in verses 11: 17-19. The Impartial Lord will not make anyone either to Paradise or Hell. Instead, the read, heard, and touched Book will witness and argue against the Fujjar and will push them into Hell as explained in verse 9: 31. See explanation 6: 10; 9: 67-68; 10: 42 and 11: 118-119.
